Title: [AYUDA]BIOS PSWD Reseter ?

<.Hola Communiters.
Tengo un problema con una Laptop , un cipote configurando un equipo nuevo le configuro la contraseña de BIOS incorrecta al sistema y creo que por la culiyera no se acuerda cual es ...

la laptop es una HP 8440p (WN014LA) ...

- Hirens no me funciono
- Quitarle la pila no funciono
- No le vi ningun Jumper como en las Pc's
- Los de soporte HP no cuentan con Contraseñas BackDoors  x_x  ( solo dell se q si )
- Busque algunos reseters pero no son compatibles con esta BIOS


Alguien sabe de una forma de resetear la BIOS .... gracias de antemano , Saludos !  :drinks:  .>

¿Flashear BIOS? (ya sea actualizada -si la hay- o la misma versión que tenés) generalmente en el programa trae la opción "clear CMOS"

Types of BIOS updates

Hay una onda que se llama Sparekey, si no estaba activado/configurado o se les olvido esos datos esta yuca para resetear viejo  x_x

Pues por lo que dijo el H-LER es nada mas la BIOS, porque si le carga el SO.

Solo que le quiere cambiar alguna configuracion...
... y no se recuerda que le puso el nombre de su primera mascota XD

las HP creo que utilizan la BIOS de Phoenix  :roll:

In this method we are using the Debug tool of MS DOS. The "o" character present at first in these commands, outputs the values to IO ports. The number 70 and 71 are port numbers which are used to access CMOS memory. By providing FF value we are telling CMOS that there is an invalid checksum and it resets the CMOS settings as well as BIOS password.

Quiero entrar a configurar la BIOS ...  por ejemplo para activar los controladores Satas  x_x
no es que este bloqueada de arranque.

ahorita toy viendo los documentos que me dejo el chiricuto de G!r3D ... .>

<.Pues mi intencion era quitarsela por 30 mins, pero la desesperacion creo q me gano a los 15mins  :rofl:

y en esta maquina (quizas por nueva) no identifica que BIOS trae , ya habia visto esa Herramienta pero no la e usado aun ... despues de ver las letras que me dejo GIRED pruebo ..
