Lo que mas me llamo la atencion es que si no te deja bootiar a safe mode es posible que lo tengas. si logras entrar a safe mode apues estas bien.

Conficker.C -- the latest bad boy -- will start checking 50,000 different semi-randomly-generated sites a day looking for instructions, so there's no way to shut down all of them. If just one of those sites goes live with legitimate instructions, Conficker keeps on trucking.

Ya en serio, ya hice eso con algunas y nada. De hecho, todas las que probamos bootean con Safe Mode, así que aparentemente están limpias.
