Necesito ayuda urgente, reinicie la pc y me sale una pantalla azul con el mensaje siguiente:
STOP: C000135 the program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer - Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
que hago?

Pues el error te dice textualmente algo como lo siguiente:
El programa no Puede Iniciar. Intenta reinstalar el programa para resolver el problema.
He de suponer que se ha dañado el SO en alguno de sus archivos de arranque y si tienes el CD de instalacion de tu sistema operativo el cual no has dicho cual es deberias hacerle una re instalacion. He de suponer que es windows por el pantallazo azul :yao_ming:
Para windows de todas las veces que me ha salido ese error no es necesario formatear sino solo reinstalar el SO por daños a archivos.
Realizaste algun cambio que pudo haber causado esto?

el SO es
winbugs 7 64 bits chabela version...............realmente no me acuerdo de donde lo obtuve y cual es x_x
y no tengo disco de instalacion x_x x_x
